- Restored a Redis outage in under 1 hour. No data lost, root cause written up.
- Set up Beszel monitoring and Wazuh security alerts. On-call.

- Razorpay: payment creation, webhooks, idempotent processing.

Multi-tenant platform
Every client used to get its own stack, a core, a login service and a blockchain service. I designed one NestJS service with a database per tenant. 10+ tenants run on it in production.
- Isolated database per tenant, routed at the app layer per request.
- One service for REST + GraphQL.
- Atomic scan flow. No more orphan records.
- Login lockout, race-free counters, idempotent migrations.
- Pagination checked at 200k records.
Traceability platform backend
Multi-org, multi-user auth. Dynamic provenance creation. DIY setup flows so clients onboard themselves.
Infrastructure ownership
Started and owned all company infra on AWS, Azure and DigitalOcean. Beszel first for visibility, then a full audit, 35% off the monthly bill. Led Azure to AWS. Wazuh, on-call.
Traceability dashboard rebuild
Expo web to Vite + React. 5x faster build. Role-based routing, sidebar, Zustand, analytics.
Product authentication app
React Native app for NFC-based product authentication.
NFC digital ID cards
Digital ID cards on NFC. A small build on the same NFC stack.
Field force mobile app
Cross-platform app for field teams on iOS, Android and web. Expo 54 on the new React Native architecture, typed routes, secure storage.
Consumer provenance chat
A shopper photographs a product's back label and asks where it came from. The answer comes from real supply-chain records, not the model's imagination.
- Photo to OCR to batch match to a grounded LLM answer.
- Failover across 4 models, so one provider going down never breaks the chat.
- Context held on the client. A follow-up costs 1 LLM call and 0 backend calls.
Agentic data assistant
Plain-English questions over scan and product data, answered as chart pages. MCP tool server, whitelisted collections, org id in every query, PII masked before the model sees a row. Works with any OpenAI-compatible model.
Agentic supply-chain chat
Answers come from tenant data, with citations. The model picks a query, the backend injects the tenant and runs it. Tools filtered by role. A 25-question eval gates every release.
Intelligence insights
Ranked risk signals worked out ahead of time and cached, so opening the page costs no AI call.
Document processing engine
PDFs, invoices and forms into structured data.
Core ML R&D
Started and led core ML R&D on new ways to verify product authenticity.
BillSync
Vendor PDF invoices into Zoho Books bills. pdfplumber first, PaddleOCR for scans. rapidfuzz matching that learns mappings. Flags price and MRP changes. A human confirms before anything posts.
